    You're getting that error because your country doesn't fall under Squeenix's 'Super Secret Crysta List'. For example my account has Puerto Rico set as its country and apparently Squeenix has us in their charts as one of Jupiter's moons. However if I create (which I did) another account with country set as US I get unrestricted access to crysta. But I'm not willing to lose my legacy status and much less pay them for a second copy of the game.

    Has anyone tried to get their country changed via support?
    Would it accept town/PR/USA as a valid address?

    No they aren't willing to change it. The only option they're offering is to move your ownership of the game to a new account via the form they were promoting a while back. But you lose your character and anything else attached to your current account.

    That is correct, i already tried changing my region with support and all they "adviced" me was to get a new copy of the game. This is completely unacceptable, me being a legacy player with all 50s. I rather quit than start over.

    Let's move on.

    After over 30 pages of ignored customer complaints I feel like this game just isn't worth it. Have a good one guys. I'll just play other MMO's till The Elder Scrolls, Destiny and The Division dwarf this one.
