It seems like registering the CC is at least part of the problem, and I don't know if registering it while in the process of paying makes any difference, so I registered the CC before even going to Mog Station. That's all I managed to do - register my CC and set up the subscription (before my free days are up). Payment is another story. I'll know for sure in 10 days and post here again.

The lack of response to this is alarming. I mean, it's a problem with billing - I assume they do want us to pay them...
