Payment Method Registration Errors [Error Code 401 and 601]

I never solved the problem. I can't crysta with that card becauce i do not even get the option to add crysta.

i can't pay with any other form of payment other than cc on my account as well. no Crysta option, Click & Buy, Paypal, etc, just cc.
