If anyone here knows Japanese maybe they can try searching for Yoshi-P's email address or some other form of external contact to get the message across to someone in a higher position. Customer support is garbage so we should try knocking the door higher up. On another note we should try spreading the message to other web sites (review sites, retailers, reddit, etc). By only talking about this problem here Squeenix is making sure these problems stay quite. Maybe then we'll get some sort of response, with a definite solution to this ridiculous problem.
