Regarding your request for support. Please find your answer below.

We apologize for any confusion regarding this matter, however only new users/users creating a new service account as well as those who add a different platform(i.e. PlayStation 3 to a previously Windows only service or vice versa) will get a 30 day free trial. 1.0 users outside of the above scenarios would only get 14 days free in FINAL FANTASY XIV: A REALM REBORN as part of the "Welcome Back Campaign". Additionally a 7 day trial extension was granted to all users who registerd by 09/09/2013 as compensation for the server related issues at launch.

As you can see, my message title says "unable to activate my account". Yet, they reply to me pretending I emailed them asking to play for free... WTF???? They aren't even reading our emails. Pretty damn ridiculous. I'm just about to the point to where if this isn't fixed VERY soon, I'm just gonna say screw it and not play this game. I will have my bank reverse the damn payment for the upgrade to the collectors edition to. I can play games to
