This is what I have been going through this week.
I've made sure all of my information entered is correct..... this is getting VERY FRUSTRATED
1. Mogstation -> Error 401 and Error 601 for multiple times.]
2. Email support -> no answer
3. Live Chat support -> waited about 90 mins, Agent Austin P did not help me at all and he closed the chat on me.
4. Call my bank -> saw four pending transactions of $1 by Square Enix, Credit card service advised there are NO hold, NO declining payments, NO rejections, my card has all the green lights to make purchases.
5. Call Square Enix -> waited 65 mins, was told to not register for a full 24hours otherwise my account will be blocked for up to 30 days, suggested me to try other payment method
6. Try Ultimate Pay -> Declined.
7. Call Ultimate Pay -> saying I might have entered the wrong information and transfer me to the support -> they hang up on me.
8. Email support -> said I probably entered the wrong information and that's why transaction was rejected, told me to wait full 24 hours before trying again
9. waited 24 hours -> register for service again --> declined.
10. Call my bank -> nothing's wrong
11. Call Square Enix -> told the guy to check what's going on, he said I tried too many times, my account is blocked for 5 DAYS!! told to try Ultimate Game cards if I don't want to wait and then try using the same payment method (my visa) again, I asked him to charge me over the phone, he said he can't do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
12. Try buying Ultimate game card to get crysta from Walmart.com -> they only sells maximum of 2 $20 and maximum of 2 $10 cards.... and I NEED $80.00!!! (for 180 days)
13. Try to make two purchases of 2 $20 Ultimate Game cards -> WALMART DECLINED MY TRANSACTION!!!!!!!!
14. call Walmart support -> was told I entered the wrong information! told me to try again! Operator said I entered "RD" instead of "ROAD" and that could be the reason, but "RD" is on my credit card statement!!
last chance is to go in person to buy the Ultimate game cards myself... but Im thinking, why am I so desperate to go thru all this trying to play the game when SE is not finding us a solution?
