As you guys can see here, it looks like that we are like 0.5% of the customers who are having those issues

so SE will not care and will not do anything at all!

I am still checking the forum everyday to see whats going on, but for now i am done with the game till SE contact me to apologize and fix my problem and if they don't do that so they lost me and i will always gonna talk bad about this Company

Trust me EA is so much better and SE
at least EA know their problem and the are working on it but SE?

Where the hell is their Customer support? NOWHERE to be found and if you do, they cannot do anything at all! not even reset your ban so you can try again with them on the phone using any of your cards..
