Still not working on my end, I’m stationed in Japan so it really doesn’t work with the hours I need to sit on hold, chat support just ended with [There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later.] Really? Then why did I wait in line for 2 hours starting at #22. Why have a chat....why lie to us about telling us we can call chat when in all honesty, NO ONE IS THERE! Been spamming your phone as well when I can, waited 4 hours on hold via Skype [you owe me those credits back fyi], finally get through, Scott seems super frustrated, I get it, long day, its ok, your job is to help me with my issues, not give me attitude, I was super nice and polite and totally understand you’ve been getting this same call all day, no reason to sigh and shout its my credit cards fault, I never once had an angry tone or yelled back, just very politely asked about the issues and what I could do to fix it and get back to playing your game. Finally found out that yes in fact, my account is frozen (wasnt my credit cards fault now was it, lol) for 30 days because of attempt spam, he says, let me look into that some more ...... click ..................................
