    Not even going to try to put my information in, they locked me out yesterday, I would imagine the lock is gone but what would the point be?

    I am not going to waste 2 hours on phone or live chat to be hung up, on nor am I going to spam trying to get my payment in that will never go
    in get my account locked and my card denied.

    The irony is that this card and the bank I sue are the same ones I used when I bought and played 1.0, way to treat your customers.

    Sadly I have not the heart or patience to be treated like crap by the lack of customer service reps with SE, not that I would wish after
    all the game when through to have it fail.

    But really when the game is run my incompetent fools that won't take your money be it a bad service provider they got to take care of
    payments or just plan bad coding in the payment system I just shrug and sigh to myself.

    I know the some people in japan can be stubborn but for SE they take it to whole new level even making it clear to have customer service
    reps in other countries with a SE office to basically cut us off or point the finger at us or the banks.

    I mean I hope that SE doesn't go out of business but if they are so unwilling to fix and look into even taking our money I see no way how
    they can even stay in black at alone make back the costs of redoing FFVIX all over again.

    Instead of making the best of this relaunch and the money and good loyalty they could be making both with the player base and the gaming
    community they instead squander it both with the economy, servers issues and now the ability to even take people money.

    Shame I really wanted to see this game become something big but with how things are right now I might not be returning at all, because I am
    not going to bend over backwards and beyond just to get back in game if they have not the common sense to get someone to look at the matter then
    they don't deserve my money or anyone else in my opinion.

    For those that went though the hoops to get back in commend you, as for me I'll wait for upcoming MMO's while I watch saddened on the sideline to
    see where SE goes with this and how the next few weeks play out.

    Decided to give up on the Credit Card since neither of the 3 Credit Cards will work or my Debit card. So went to Crysta, my only other choice, Credit Card got declined there too, so then tried the Paypal option.....



    Looking at Paypal, and after calling and talking to a wonder lady Ann who read my transaction line by line on their end, the Payment went through fine, no blocks, no errors, no holds, but Paypal said 3 seconds later Playspan sent the request to void the transaction.......so then why did you reject it after you already took it out.......WTF
