to the forum admin : i'm only doing this because of your complete lack of customer service. Global Collect doesn't see it on their side, that means the problem lies within SE and GC, not me, not my bank. The funniest thing is, your customer service rep, even though i was referring to FFXI and made that clear, recommends FFXIV prepaid cards... are you kidding me?
