Let me get this straight...

A billing issue at least 5 months old where the solution is to buy their currency in $5 increments when their billing set up is for charges of $10-14.99 a month?

That means if I wanted to come back to check things out with an entry sub, I would need to buy either $20 in Crysta, or $10 and $5, then be stuck with a weird remainder balance that can't really be used for diddle? Even if I decided to stay with the game, I would pretty much always have a wonky balance of Crysta, and when the time inevitably came to move on... that remainder balance of unusable Crysta.

Some may say, "Big deal!", but this isn't about me losing maybe 12 cents (or potentially up to maybe ~89.01 depending on the initial Crysta investment and subsequent usage) in a year. I am sure we have all taken vastly bigger hits to the coin purse. The big deal is those remainder increments of Crysta would at one time have been MY money, and YOUR money, and together OUR money lines the pocket of someones who aren't fixing their credit card billing system. And that money adds up little by little like all microtransactions, so that these "remainders" add up to very sizable sums of cash. On the bright and positive end of the spectrum, think "Humble Bundle". On the other end of the spectrum we have this fiasco here at Square Enix. Can we say, "Pennies in the coffers"?
