... I don't know. But it worked. I hope this long wall of text might help others, especially considering I could find snippets of information via Google, but nothing about a lot of these issues. Just hope this saves someone else a frustrating time. I'll report back on having Ultimate Pay convert my card to Crysta and if that can be a success coming from Japan with a North American account.
meh i just tried this ... i did get the confirmation page as you said, but when i go to the next step i get 401.. thanks for the tip though
