please give up on all hope of SE getting their act together, the trail I have made between my bank, global collect, and SE customer support has pointed everything faulty at SE, yet their CSR's swear up and down that all of my account woes are my fault, my bank's fault, or someone else and that they can not do anything to assist me. The extra placeholder charges (1$) are my fault, misunderstanding the unclear error message that I must have input the numbers or info wrong is my fault, the 30 day account freeze for trying to double and triple and quadruple check my info is my fault, and now I only feel that buying this great game with pathetic support that only send out automated replies and when you do, by whatever miracle manage to contact live support, they attempt more to deflect fault than actually fix it...is my fault.
