If they want people to subscribe, they need to find a way to figure this out and fix it. How can they seriously think it is acceptable to charge people a monthly fee, but not be able to troubleshoot their payment system?
Be careful, once your account is blocked for 30 days, as mine is, every time you try during that block period will extend the block. Find out from SE when you block period ends, and don't try again until then.
