Like I said previously, they rather lose a few subscriptions then invest on creating a service that actually works. It is BS, but SE is running for worst customer service of the year award, so it doesnt surprise me.
There customer service hasnt chage since FFXI days and i highly doubt it will ever change, It seems that this company would rather spend millions of dollars to make a game that will only work for a certain amount of people around the world.
