Then my bank call me and asked me if I want the payment go through, I said yes, the bank said ok.

Ultimate pay Credit Card Fail X3
Ultimate pay Paypal Fail X1

Didn't do anything

Moogle Station Fail 601 X 1
Ultimate Pay Paypal fail X1

Day 5
Ultimate Pay Paypal Fail X1

Day 6
Moogle Station 401 Fail X1
Ultimate pay credit card...Ding! It went through!

I didn't call anyone, it just suddenly decided to let me through,
My though is leave your account for 1 or 2 day then try to pay in ultimate pay with both Paypal and credit card, never try to do anything in moogle!
Ultimate Pay is for Crysta only. This is not a fix for anyone without this option.
