It boggles my mind that a company would blandly ignore customers that are trying to give them money, they must be stupid I mean has no one told them from the english side to the japanese side what is going on?

This might be a example of a language barrier or or just plain stubbornness, but still in the end are the GMs, and moderators suppose to you know communicate the issues to SE in japan assuming they even care which I would think they would if they want to continue having a job?

I mean why would you ignore the very people giving you money to continue to even allow you to work I mean if you as a customer service rep don't help us in a meaningful way guess what happens SE gets less and less money, people quit and your fired due to the lack of needing extra personnel.

I mean this really blows my mind are people this stupid?

I do wonder if that really is the case because I doubt some of the 1.0 players in japan are not also having similar issues.
