And i thought the 72 hours I was supposed to wait on one of my cards was bad. Can't believe they said to wait weeks.Posting in this thread too; I bought 180 days (for the rewards) to play this game with my fiancée when we get home from work. After I purchased that for myself, my fiancée tried to do the same thing, but is riddled with 401/601 on three DIFFERENT cards which we've never had problems with before.
She's attempting to contact support for a third time at this point, so hopefully she gets a good rep (lol). Meanwhile, here I am wasting my FF14 days because I can't play with the person I bought the game to play WITH. This is absurd, just take our money already.
Support told her to wait a week or two and try again. Supposedly they were nice, but they don't have the power to do anything. So basically I have to waste ~14 days of my 180 on top of the 2-3 I've wasted already because of this. SE, you need to talk to your card authenticating service as of two days ago.
