SE - Are you going to respond to this issue, or acknowledge there is a problem, and effect a fix it? This is not only affecting a small group of customers. I got the 601 message first attempt, and you're telling me it's a browser or network issue? Of course I'm playing this game from a private network, just like most everyone else. I'm using the same computer, same browser, same credit card I used (successfully) when I first started playing FFXIV back in 2010. Maybe it's just not registering with you, but there are many, many customers, me included, threatening to not play your game because of this issue. Calling or contacting your totally unacceptable customer service department (read that absolute worst I've ever encountered) to get help with this is not even an option, as I have no intention of sitting on hold, or waiting in chat que for hours, or waiting days for an email response, only to find out they cannot offer an ultimate solution for this issue. Customers are lining up to give you $$, and somehow, you've managed to roadblock the process. Absolutely, beyond belief.
