    Another month another subscription error.... Starting to suspect you guys intentionally blamed it on us and our banks the first month in efforts to force us to shell out larger sums of cash at once... so we don't have to put up with this shit. I feel extorted... I plan to use your service and I plan to pay for it monthly... why do I have to be forced to sign up for renewal or shell out for 180 days so that access doesn't get restricted every month?

    I just received the 401 error as well an i have no clue what to do now..it said crysta added 1299 but nope i dont see it. last month was fine,now im afraid to try it again.

    Well... No help, no information and no update on the situation. We have spent a great deal of money to buy a game we cannot play and they are not even trying to help us with the situation...

    ... Guess this means a class action lawsuit...

    Anyone know anything about going around doing this?

    nop.. but i always wanted to try chat support and press the button that says "off the record" ... maybe then support might be helpful and tell you something useful....

    Yeah I heard back from them today and they are saying it was me via incorrect details (nope I checked 2 or 3 times each time to make sure that was not the case) or my bank blocking online transactions (nope as another online service I have set to automatically use my debit card just took out payment).

    They said to buy a game card or Crysta. The first is not available in my country and the second will likely cost me more.

    Ok I just used my last move.. I contacted amazon for a refund... They should respond sooner then se.. I would recommend everyone to go to amazon, or where ever they bought the game and bomb their reviews ... Maybe then they would notice....

    Also received a survy from se support team... Gave them what they deserved...

    This is ridiculous. SE NA is the WORST customer service ever. I have had 3 friends in the past month trying to setup their subs. This is beyond ridiculous. I had a friend who was double charged for a key and SE has yet to grant him a refund. It has been over 2 months. The payment system is archaic. I regret signing up for 90 days. I am quitting the game along with these friends. You lost 4 customers just like that SE. It blows my mind how incompetent this whole system is, including your customer service. It is 2013.

    Day 3 i haven't been able to pay for my subscription and from what i've read i may have a 90 ban to top it off for getting too many 601 errors. This is absolutely unacceptable business practice. Punishing legit paying customers for trying to -PAY- is a sure way to keep this game in the status of worst Final Fantasy ever made.

    This issue goes back to September with no solution, i don't have the time to sit around waiting for SE to take care of their customers, it leaves me flabbergasted at their level of incompetence on this issue. I played FFXI for 6 years and the experience i've had with trying to even subscribe on XIV has made me regret ever becoming a fan period.

    Edit* At this point i'm beginning to think it's a conspiracy on SEs part to actually turn people away from their servers until they either upgrade their servers to handle the traffic or to make people quit because too many people are trying to play. Hard to say from the tight closed lips of their "customer service" reps. Kinda leaves us to our own conclusions.
