Brilliant, thanks Kearnstar. It's worth a shotSorry, game.co.uk is where I went. Yes they email you a full invoice with the Game Card number immediately for you to enter into SE's website, which is what I did, and am now activated with 60 days (confirmed this as I received the 60 day Veteran rewards in-game).
Also, the site uses PayPal
Edit: Success! 60 days added to my account!

Guys/Girls to all of you getting a charge and then the subscription is not going through it is because the major credit card companies think SE is fraudulent and are blocking them.
If SE will not talk to the credit card companies and sort this then you must.
Call your banks and they will in turn call your credit card company and try to get them to lift the ban on SE for your account.
To all those in Australia just a word of warning we are having a public holiday here today and most of the banks can't get replies to Tuesday or Wednesday.
This is the reason you are having problems, and it is appalling that SE wont acknowledge it, nor do anything about it. really having second thoughts about giving them my money now.
Regards,
Devuse.
Yes, if you try again during a period you are blocked it resets the beginning of that block period to that date. In my particular case, unbeknown to me, I am blocked 30 days >< I waited one week after 9 accepted test charges that ultimately were dropped, and I tried once again on Oct 3. The SE service tech verified that I was now blocked for 30 days until Nov 4. So be careful. It might be worth your while to verify with SE when your block period expires. Otherwise, you might just extend this until infinity.Yep, same problem since this morning, tried with 2 different cards with no luck, I also tried paying with Crysta via paypal but every time (tried like 6 times) the payment was accepted BUT canceled and returned immediately so it's on SE end.
I've read that if you get the 401 error that form of payment is blocked for 24 hrs but is true that if you try again the time extends? Can anyone confirm this?
I like this game but I'm kinda tired of having problem after problem with this guys, if this won't get resolved soon I'll drop this game for good.
So there's no way to check you're block time without wasting your time and testing your patience by directly contracting their support center? I usually have a lot of patience and am usually the first to bitch at all the pointless whining and crying but SE's technical and customer service issues are getting even to me. If I get a 30 days block, I quit the game.
Apparently I am not alone. I haven't read the whole thread but the first and last (57th as of this writing) is showing me a good idea of how fucked up I am now.
I registered my visa debit during the trial period so I can enjoy uninterrupted play since it should automatically bill my card when the trial period ends. It didn't. So, I tried making payments today (twice) and got errors 401 and 601. Checked support, filed ticket. I also checked my bank balance and found I have been charged 3 times for a minimum amount. The first was when I first tried to register my card. I also called my bank and they are currently investigating the issue. I guess, i'll have to wait a bit and see what my bank says first before attempting the other options in this thread.
I am almost on the verge of quitting but I love the game. T.T
I've been having the same issue since Friday. I live in Australia and I purchased the V2.0 pre-order, which gave me a month of free play. I made sure to subscribe a couple of days before the free-trial finished to ensure no disruptions, I noticed it had billed me $1.45. I realised this was probably a "confirmation transaction" or w/e as it has happened with other companies in the past and figured the payment would go through. Since I play with my boyfriend a bunch of friends (all who have managed to subscribe, they all live in Canada/NA) I am somewhat distressed over the fact that I am unable to continue playing. On Saturday I noticed the payment still hadn't gone through, and (very stupidly) attempted again and I now have another $1.45 being transacted from my account. I waited, and now it is Monday and still no payments have gone through (all say PENDING). I am aware today is a public holiday, but even then it shouldn't be too much of an issue. I called my bank on Saturday night and gave them the OK to allow transactions from SE and that is all apparently on file and confirmed. I am going to call in the morning, as the more I wait the more impatient I get. My father is also having this issue, though he has 5 billings of $1.45. We are both IMMENSELY IRRITATED, and just want to play our games.
Don't get me wrong, the game is absolutely amazing and I haven't enjoyed playing a game this much in years, but the customer service is incredibly lacking and it is started to make me wonder if I should bother anymore. :l

Hey guys I just used Hola Unblocker, it is an IP blocker extension in Google Chrome and it worked like a charm after weeks of unhelpful SE customer service. Try it and I hope it works for you! You have to add the extension and then go to the mog station. BEFORE you log in click the icon up at the top of Google Chrome and switch it to US. Let me know if you need help.
Edit: This only works if you are using a US card in another country. Military, travelers, etc...
same error here, I live in italy;Saturday mog station gave me that he had left the subscription that I chose, but on Sunday I tried to go on the game but told me to check mog station and after I read that I was not activated the subscription so I tried to redo the subscription, but in the end gave me a 401 error, do not know anymore what to do someone have any ideas?

401 is being blocked at SE. Wait a couple days and try the method I posted above.
