    I am an owner of a Legacy 1.0 standard account, and owner of a CE boxed ARR that I cannot use to gain the content listed without paying another 20$ since the provided code can only be used if I create a new account. I was also part of the beta where many of these account issues as well as server load issues where being flagged as priority problems that needed to not only be addressed but the general attitude that these were simply minor issues that players needed to find how to work around them was considered unacceptable and a bad practice.

    These subscription issues and the current way both customer service and moderation team have been communicating pretty much convinced me that the best course of action is to wait till things settles and get fixed before ever considering spending more on this game then I currently have.

    I will not be subscribing to this game for as long as it is needed to gain a stable and high level of quality in both services and product satisfaction.

    I was expecting having to rely on patience when faced with issues at the start of this launch, but not being able to gain what I paid for nor even being able to register subscription information is a bit more then I was expecting.

    I hope things will get cleared soon guys.

    I don't think I have ever experienced such utterly horrible service ever in an mmo or anything else... I like this game, but honestly, I can say with a 100% certainty I will NEVER buy a square enix online game ever again, that is, if they make another one.

    I would believe that error 401 is what you say, except I am able to go through the process again within 24 hours, I simply get the same error. Also, the $1 charge to verify my information goes through each time, so the information is no incorrect, and if a charge was made, then the authorization was not declined. I added my card in the past, with no issue, but as soon as my free subscription is up, my card information is removed, and I am unable to re-add it. That, in no way, sounds like something on my end.

    Bublex, you suggested us to contact the support center... via chat or phone? I tried both numerous times for HOURS and none of them responded. Can you at least suggest something that actually works?

    Ok, I am a bit upset over this. One, my girlfriend and I have accounts at the same bank. Her credit card worked. Mine did not. I get the 601 error.

    Next I buy a ultimategamecard AS PER the recommendation of your support staff after 2.5 hours waiting for support. So I go to redeem the card. Error Code 11000.

    Do you want Australian's to play this game or not?

    Also I will note that despite you rejecting my card. You still managed to charge $1.34 to my credit card, so obviously the bank is not rejecting this transaction...

    Seriously, what gives? Don't give me crap about it not being your fault. I can order from all other online stores and MMOs without an issue yet you are the first to reject my money...

    After trying endless hours, spent a lot of money of buying random cards and points, still didn't work.
    I just want to play the game that i like at night/weekend, why is it so hard?

    Not even going to try to put my information in, they locked me out yesterday, I would imagine the lock is gone but what would the point be?

    I am not going to waste 2 hours on phone or live chat to be hung up, on nor am I going to spam trying to get my payment in that will never go
    in get my account locked and my card denied.

    The irony is that this card and the bank I sue are the same ones I used when I bought and played 1.0, way to treat your customers.

    Sadly I have not the heart or patience to be treated like crap by the lack of customer service reps with SE, not that I would wish after
    all the game when through to have it fail.

    But really when the game is run my incompetent fools that won't take your money be it a bad service provider they got to take care of
    payments or just plan bad coding in the payment system I just shrug and sigh to myself.

    I know the some people in japan can be stubborn but for SE they take it to whole new level even making it clear to have customer service
    reps in other countries with a SE office to basically cut us off or point the finger at us or the banks.

    I mean I hope that SE doesn't go out of business but if they are so unwilling to fix and look into even taking our money I see no way how
    they can even stay in black at alone make back the costs of redoing FFVIX all over again.

    Instead of making the best of this relaunch and the money and good loyalty they could be making both with the player base and the gaming
    community they instead squander it both with the economy, servers issues and now the ability to even take people money.

    Shame I really wanted to see this game become something big but with how things are right now I might not be returning at all, because I am
    not going to bend over backwards and beyond just to get back in game if they have not the common sense to get someone to look at the matter then
    they don't deserve my money or anyone else in my opinion.

    For those that went though the hoops to get back in commend you, as for me I'll wait for upcoming MMO's while I watch saddened on the sideline to
    see where SE goes with this and how the next few weeks play out.
