    I tried using a VPN too and I still get nothing. Tried pay with 2 CCs and paypal, all denied. Both on and off a VPN. I like FF14, but I guess SE really doesn't want my money.

    So I got answer from a mod today.

    This is a message I got from a mod on a thread i made concerning this issue I personally do not have any money to even try to see if this works but if one of want to try it feel try to use the info.

    After hours upon hours of reading through various forums, i've found a fix which worked for me straight away, Like most reading this forum I was unable to register my card, or use the crysta method and square enix's support was as useful as a fart in a space suit.

    So I used a VPN, It's important you find one that is the same country as your bill paying card. Pretty simple to set up following websites instructions. I just hope this helps someone who was in my unfortunate position as I moved country to Portugal from England.

    Square enix certainly needs to update its Online payment system, i've never had to try so hard to give a company my money before sheesh.

    How dare you steal my joke! JK I don't really care but anyhow they need to fix it I shouldn't have to use VPN to pay my sub.

    My account expired, tried renewing. Isn't working. I'm not surprised because I haven't actually been able to pay for my account since day 1, but I was always able to purchase crysta with paypal, so I didn't care. Now I can't even do that - the charge goes through on my end but payscan or whatever rejects the payment every single time. So now I can't pay for my account using a card or crysta. Had a friend try it for me as well with his credit card info, wouldn't work. Guess I'm not raiding this week?

    Credit Card Accepted but no profile

    Good day,

    I went through the process for subscribing. I got confirmation fro SE that my transaction had gone through yet when I tried to log on I was told that no profile exists.

    I agree that the lack of assistance is infuriating. I love the game and want to continue playing now that my trial period is over.....

    I've never seen this kind of indifference to the clients!
