    They just don't care enough about the players that are suffering from this to work on it. And they won't as long as
    a) the number of people having this problem don't increase, and it most likely won't since I believe everyone's free month is over and those who would have had the problem would have experienced it by now, or
    b) the issue is kept quiet in this dark corner of their forum and does not reach any other gaming or review websites, which will not happen either since a lot of the people that were having this problem have bought either FFXIV or UGC cards and have fixed their problem, which leaves the small amount of players who cannot buy crysta because of SE's region block, which, as much as I hate to say it, apparently are an extremely small percentage of the community for said websites to take seriously or for SE to give a damn.

    This is just pathetic, for a company to charge subscription in this day and age and on top of that not even fix the issue stopping so many players from subscribing is just........

    This is my first and last time dealing with SE ... fool me once etc

    Goodbye game, it was a boring FATE grind anyways.

    Nope they still havent fixed it. Two days ago my housemate finally got an email from SE saying they had "whitelisted" his credit card (this was after 5 days of getting the run around from SE) and that he could now subscribe. When he then tried to subscribe again you can guess what happened, error 401 again and the whole cycle begins again. Ive never ever seen such incompetance and lack of regard from a games company. I will never be going near anything SE is involved with ever again and hope other people do likewise as it shows the company has a total disregard for its customers.

    OH gosh i will NOT live the same nightmare like the one i had when i bought the digital version from sony store , so i just bought my codes from ebay and got them in few minutes , i strongly advice you to do so if you want to play, i wanted to get my veteran 90 days rewards but oh well i can wait , hopefully they fix this issues soon .

    I really hate this issue it keep me out of the game. They are not even working on this issue it like they dont want our money. I love the game but at this point I feel like asking for my money back. This is so mess up; You cant use the Ultimate Game cards and you cant use your card. That global whatever is a pain. Sad to say this could be the down fall of the game. Dont get me wrong I love the game it so good and fun. Just wish you could use other payment methods i.e. paypal. Hope they find a solution to the problem.

    So what am I supposed to do now? Your "customer service" is a joke. So far this has been one of the worst gaming experiences I have ever had. If I didn't have friends playing I can guarantee that my money would be going to Blizzard.

    It's sad because I have been a FF fan ever since I first played FFVII on my PS as a kid. When I can log on to this laggy and buggy mess of a game I am treated to gil seller spam in tell and shout, exploits because Square is lazy or stupid, and now I cant even continue my sub so I can do dungeons with my friends?

    Your customer support is non existent, is your "solution" seriously to "wait 24 hours and try again"? HA get real square. You better believe that there are options out there. If you don't get it together soon you will all be out of a job. I can't wait for project titan's release.

    Still no update from devs about this being fixed, not that one was even expected in the past three weeks. If me trying to do everything on my end to get this fixed since mid September is any sign of my desire to play the game, I'm not sure what is. Its now nearing mid October and SE has yet to do anything to fix this problem. Thus, I am left with a useless product in which I am unable to get my enjoyment of. This leaves me to feel that my buying of two CE versions was only worth the horrible month after launch. A month plagued with inaccessible periods due to maintenance or outright server failure, bugs requiring hotfixes and extended emergency maintenance, server side lag, and the final and most recent being the inability to pay for a subscription to something that was sold in my region but it turns out is unsupported in that region...yah, my 130 bucks was well worth all this bullshit.

    All I get out of Customer Support is "sorry for the inconvenience" over and over. If they're sorry they'd do something about it, which makes things lean towards them just not giving a fuck. This service is more an utter LACK of service, in which customers like myself are slapped with and will be something I remember the next time I go pick up another video game and see something new from SE.



    another 5 days and it will be a month of this thread being active, not counting the prior thread that was closed by mods. Sadly, that was also the last time a Mod gave any update to this issue. Follow the dev tracker a little bit and look at the things they're "concerned" about, that alone should tell you if this would ever get fixed for us.
