    Thumbs up absolutely terrible service.

    I understand that my early access has ran out and I need to renew my account. But I am unable to do so when I cant use my credit card and I am getting charged a dollar for each attempt. I contacted my bank and they say there are no problems with my card. I contact FFXIV customer service and stay on the line for an hour on hold and no one ever answers. I've even sent multiple emails and still no response. So now I cannot even pay to play their game. Worst customer service ever.

    Why cant i pay

    So this is the CC i was always using never got the error codes before whys it happen now? i called the bank so dont tell that lie. is there any fix for this yet?

    Game time card error

    i bought a game time card yesterday from gamestop a 60 day subscription its been awhile since ive ha an active subscription but it kept telling me my code was invalid ive entered it 10 times or more ive made sure its been entered correctly but still the invalid code error i reactivated my account to see if that was the problem my game is downloaded and registered on my husbands psn account as it always was but the final fantasy account is mine i dont know whats wrong

    I made a call to FE earlier today, I was told they will look into my situation as to why I currently cannot buy anything on the 'Mog Station'. I was told I would also be refunded all of the £1.00 payments which have come out of my account as 'service charges' although my payments did not go through due to errors: 401 and 406. I am now awaiting a reply via email or phone call with a conclusion and solution to my issue.

    I will keep this thread updated with my outcome.

    I am currently £12.00 in service charges.. Apparently I will be refunded..

    How hard is it to charge a damn credit card? I mean seriously, you'd think it was rocket science the way Square-Enix manages to F- it up every time. Every other MMO manages to do it perfectly fine...

    If only I could go back in time to my teenage self and tell him not to play Final Fantasy 7...

    Square Enix won't take my $$$ D:<

    Error code 401 is a payment problem that has existed for FOURTEEN MONTHS. They obviously know about this problem because it is one of the most popular items on this support thread & they offer digital time cards so you can still play .. but there is no work around if you want to buy items off of the store or want to hire extra retainers.

    There are several people wanting to give SE their money but SE won't fix their payment system, this is inexcusable. PLEASE make your game work the way it is supposed to. I won't put up with this, there is no excuse for anyone wanting to consider themselves a professional company and won't fix a problem as basic as "PLEASE! LET ME GIVE YOU MONEY!"

    This issue has been ongoing for that many years? You guys simply do not give a shit about your customers, do you? Might as well use this card for a different game now
