    Here is what i get from Costumer Services after waiting like 8 hours.

    I'm quoting directly from the email:
    Dear Customer,

    Regarding your request for billing support. Please find your answer below.
    We do not have information on why your transaction may not have been approved. If you are getting any sort of decline message, please wait 30 minutes, verify all of your billing information, and try again. If you would like further information about this specific transaction decline, please contact your bank or financial institution.
    601, 401, and 105 means the financial institution may be declining the transaction attempt due to security reasons. While we are unable to see exactly why the transaction was declined, we can provide you with some guidance:
    If the credit / debit card in question is 3D Secure, please make sure that you are inputting the correct 3D Secure PIN / password associated with it. Also, please be sure that 3D Secure is actually activated on the account.
    Make sure that the card you're trying to use isn't already being used to pay for another account. Problems may arise if the an attempt is made to use the same card to bill two separate accounts simultaneously. If this is indeed your situation, please wait 24 hours between reactivation attempts.
    Make sure that your card provider allows $1.00 preauthorization holds. This billing attempt is made in order to make sure that the account is valid for billing. After 1 to 2 business days, these funds will be placed back on the account. If your card issuer does not allow such preauthorization holds, you may want to contact them.
    Please be aware that if the current credit / debit card you're using has resulted in either of the codes listed above, that card will be blocked from any further billing attempts for 24 hours. At this time, please try using another payment source as continued attempts using the blocked card will reset that 24 hour timer.
    If you attempted this method of payment multiple times with a failed result, there is a possibility of a longer block being placed on the account. This block can last 30 days. If you have done this, you will need to use a different billing method.

    i dont understand why they cant just take the block off the account IF it gets the block...they seriously want you to wait 30 days to try to play? yeah..thats gonna keep alot of customers around.

    Well this pretty much sums up what my account is good for now and for however long into the foreseeable future. At the least I appreciate that Agent Daniel didn't just mysteriously disconnect after the first few questions.

    You: I have a second account that I set up that worked fine.
    You: The only difference is I put, The United States / The Americas as the region instead of Guam / The americas
    Agent Daniel A: And payment worked fine for you?
    You: Yes, i was able to set up through crysta and used my paypal account. I think My credit card didn't work because of the holds on it, or the same reason on this account. But that account is running fine as of a few hours ago
    You: I received the confirmation email about crysta being added, and then subtracted shortly after
    Agent Daniel A:

    Keep in mind, also, that the same card/account cannot be used to pay for multiple Square Enix IDs.
    You: I'm sorry if I have circumvented something that I was not supposed to. There are a handful of my personal friends that have been trying to figure this out. I just happened to have bought 2 copies and tried setting them up differently
    You: yes, i'm aware of the inability to use 1 card to pay 2 accounts. Hence the paypal
    You: would using the same paypal account to add crysta to two different accounts meet the same errors?
    You: Also, if you would like to look at that account, i can provide the info on it as well.

    Agent Daniel A: Ok, I am back. Thank you for holding.

    Agent Daniel A: You could indeed experience issues using the same PayPal account for two separate Square Enix ID's.
    You: Would staggering them a few days between transactions work?
    Agent Daniel A: No it wouldn't.
    Agent Daniel A: But the main issue remains that I cannot change the region on an account. Guam is not currently supported for Crysta, but we are looking into it right now.
    You: so then deleting the account and re-registering the game key isn't possible? the region would carry over?
    Agent Daniel A: A registration code can only be used once.
    You: So, basically, until this region issue is fixed I have a useless account?
    You: I've read it was possible and has been done on the forums to attach the key to a new account but all prior characters were not transferable.

    You: I generally want to continue playing, but want to avoid buying a third copy of the game and end up with wasted money and time on an account that is inoperable for an unknown period into the foreseeable future.

    You: a time frame of when i can expect to not have a useless account?
    Agent Daniel A: The issue is being reviewed, but there is no timetable on an announcement. I recommend keeping an eye on the website for further announcements and using your working account in the interim.
    You: my working account is a gift for someone, that i'm paying for.
    Agent Daniel A: I do apologize.
    Agent Daniel A: Are there any different issues I can assist you with right now?
    You: Yes yes, and I'm aware that what I'm asking is likely out of your control or ability to fix. This was my last effort to hold any interest in your game or company. Thanks for your time.

    Now I'm not sure of what I've read about what others have had done with a work-around for the region issues. I do know now, though, that I have an absolutely useless product that I paid $60 bucks for and a second account I got for a first time MMO player I promised to play the game with...fml, buying another copy of the game to keep a promise or being stubborn and holding to my ideals....

    The problem with this is that they don't tell you that your CC payment is getting blocked by 24hrs when the payment gets rejected the first time, so most people will try one or two more tries before actually looking up for a solution on the support page. (I tried like 4 times)

    So now I don't know how much time I have to wait before trying again.

    Yes they can. They simply aren't doing so because of mind boggling incompetence. I got the same copypaste response and I have tripled check to see that it's none of those excuses they throw at us.

    The longer it goes on the longer I feel like not subbing at all... I sat here at my desk all day yesterday trying to fix this issue to no avail. Do you really expect me to do this again today SE?

    I spoke with my financial institution and they said to speak with SE cause SE is the one not taking my money and just charging me $1 a bunch of times or wait 10 DAYS!

    I tried to speak with SE about this today and waited patiently since 9AM (PST) and was when my number qued in chat that "No agents are avilable at this time"

    REALLY SE!?!?!?

    Ive had it, I give up! my patience is up, I dont know why I expected competent customer support coming from SE, they obviously dont care, ill take my money elsewhere, its not like im asking to get stuff for free.

    You may have made a good game, but going through all this crap isnt worth it. Good bye!

    what really confusing me right now that the same Card/Account can't work for multi IDs .... i am paying the money and i am the one accepting it ... and this game refusing it ... i wish if i can meat the financial consultant in Square enix just to understand the idea of that ... so even if they fix the problem and me paying lets say for me and my brother one of us can join the other wont ???

    they sould ask now for buy two IDs and win one for free lol ... cause the way i see it .. thier player base is going to say bye bye soon.
