    Does anyone know how the normal payment shows up on bank statement? I have been billed for something on 3 oct from a Digital River 3D Security Luxumberg. I am just wondering if this is the monthly fee cost as I don't recall buying anything from Europe in last few days.

    Just checked my cc's bank and I'm receiving 1.50 fee per attempt.
    After browsing this thread I see there is also a 24hr lockout period, so I'm getting charged for attempts that SE is now blocking.

    I'm just throwing out a warning to anyone who feels like sitting all day to make their card work.
    It wont work, and you'll cop a surprise when your bill rocks up

    Basically anything aside from the ones SE listed are europe. Or actually, where did you activate your account? If it was .eu, then most likely it's EU. I'm fairly sure ANZ is considered Europe, too. My code worked, but I will not be able to guarantee if yours is an EU version too cause only you know it..

    I called my bank and they told me that the bank is refusing the payment due to the fact that the site it's being requested from it's not secured. I have to do a special request at them (the bank) so they allow the transaction, of course after the 24h restriction.
    Also be careful as others said, each try gets you billed with 1E or 1$.

    FOUR-OH-ONE

    Wake up this morning to find myself locked out of game due to no subsrciption status, go to mogstation to check account (auto subscribe set up a while back) and yep, account is not active.
    I reapply all my card details, card is checked - ok, and then get the failed transaction code 401.

    Hmmm did I enter all details correctly? I'm absolutely positive I did so head to forums as something is not quite right.

    48 pages of horror stories later and dmn this sucks!

    Check my emails and had a failed auto renew go through at approx 2am gmt and with my latest attempt that makes 2 tries, one more and I'm locked out for 30 days!

    Was it because I attempted 180 day sub and card expires Jan? Is it worth trying 30 day sub? Did I get something wrong on entry details? - seems like a few possibilities yet one more failed and Boooom! I'm gone for a month

    tl;dr forgot sub, just went and got a timecard from Game.co.uk (UK resident) and practically instant delivery and now back in play.

    Square, you really need to sort this mess out.

    And one more thing, I noticed when applying the timecard, my characters were not showing on the account page,had to relog a couple of times to get them to show and only then did I continue with registering the time card.
