Yes brave, you may have to call UltimatePAy (PlaySpan) for them to add crysta to your account manually
Not getting error, it just keeps telling me my code is invalid. there is a 0 or O in there so that is'nt helping either
I tried 4 different credit cards (one was a visa debit) and none of them worked on the Mog Station for buying either Crysta, or for adding a payment method for a subscription. I got both 401 and 601 errors.
I went to the store and got an Ultimate Game Card. With a $20 card I was only able to buy 1800 ($18 worth) of Crysta, because when used on the mog station they added a fee to my transaction, so I ended up paying $19.54 for that, with 44 cents leftover as ultimate points. Definitely not convenient or cost effective to use the card.
If it weren't for all these problems, I would have bought the 180 days, but instead I went with the entry level sub.
Really hoping they can fix these credit card issues before my next renewal.

Customers affected by these issues are receiving either a 401 or a 601 error code message when attempting to enter their payment information.
If you have encountered either of these error messages, we recommend that you take the following steps:
1.) Make sure that you are entering all of your card information (CC#, expiration date, CVV#, etc) correctly.
2.) Make sure that your financial institution has all of your latest billing information (address, name, etc).
3.) Contact your financial institution to make sure there no issues with your account.
4.) After taking the preceding steps, if you are still encountering error code messages, please wait 24 hours and then try again.

How can they sell the game in X region and then don't offer different payment options for that same X region. Is a lawsuit possible?
I got a response to my contact to them, which basically says "We do not have information on why your transaction may not have been approved... wait 30 minutes... and try again... we are unable to see exactly why the transaction was declined... if your card resulted in ... the codes listed above, that card will be blocked from further billing attempts for 24 hours..." (codes mentioned being 601, 401, 105)
If they want people to subscribe, they need to find a way to figure this out and fix it. How can they seriously think it is acceptable to charge people a monthly fee, but not be able to troubleshoot their payment system?
They rejected my PayPa. Payment, cant use my credit card because they dont have APO option in drop down menu
This is the same for me i registered my card the day after I started playing and it accepted it, it even took $1 to make sure it was active. (which is lame) but not it won't accept my card or and of my other cards. So annoying. I can't even play because I have no other pay options.It's useless to link the support center when they hang up or ignore anything about 401/601/11000.
A lot of the problem comes from the fact that your Customer Service Representatives can't do anything. Why not allow them to lift restrictions? Why not reform the billing system to be user-friendly? My Mastercard debit card was accepted in 1.0 and it was accepted for the purchase of my digital CE upgrade. MogStation even accepted my card for automatic renewal over a week ago only to suddenly reject it over an unspecified error. If my bank has an issue with payment to SquareEnix/GlobalCollect then why have they already allowed me to?
