Sorry for late reply but here is the thread with the phone number for Ultimate Pay and Ultimate Game Card
http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...ror-401-601%29

UltimatePay and Globalcollect are 2 different things. From alot of posts i've been seeing people have been trying both and failing and confusing what the blocks are originating from for both sources. GlobalCollect is your 601/401 errors while UltimatePay just is a seperate transaction service that results in all new errors.
If your Ultimate Game Card is rejected, look around there's a number you can call to push that through.
GlobalCollect i have no idea what the issue is but this seems to be the bulk of our issues is this thing not wanting to work.
UltimatPay is a seperate payment system and after a call with them i found why they blocked me in the first place. For me it was because my network i'm on didn't give enough visibility of my IP address and made i think i was using a card too far away from the billing address location. Overall UltimatePay's representatives over the phone are nice, but their service is an extra level paranoia and security that basically results in if they find a reason to block you for ANY reason the UltimatePay will lock you down for 48 hours and will forcibly reject any and all payments. I used the ultimate game card, some people this may not be an option.
Overall the issues with GlobalCollect need to be sorted out as UltimatePay isn't really the best alternative at times.
Down to 10 days. My account is prolly frozen for 30 days cause of my constant attempts at this. I've called my bank twice and they claim that nothing has even attempted to bill my card. Its too bad that SE customer support is useless, I'd really love to continue playing this game but it doesn't look like anything is going to get fixed. Its almost as if SE doesn't care if they lose customers to something as silly as not being able to take our money.
Curious that if crysta is not an option available but if we go through the UGC process if crysta will be pushed into our account.
also recently noticed that I don't see the customer support # or the option to wait for chat support anymore. Hopefully this is because they are trying to fix the problem and not because they're tired of dealing with people contacting them with this issue.

Anyone from Australia tried the UGC? Saw them at eb games, but if we can't even use crysta in this region I don't know if these cards would work and don't feel like throwing money at the problem for no solution.
Don't buy Ultimate Game Cards, you can't claim in because Square Enix doesn't give the option to Oceanic players. Buy the 60-day Game Time Cards specifically for Final Fantasy XIV: ARR. It's probably better to buy them online since EB games sells them for $40 and you can get it for something more like $33 off random European shops. Of course, they only work if you're if you have the EU version, but Australians are supposed to be using the EU version. I've given up on automatic renewal because they're obviously not fixing their billing system.

do you have a trust-able website where i can buy online 60-day game time cards for ffxiv from plz?Don't buy Ultimate Game Cards, you can't claim in because Square Enix doesn't give the option to Oceanic players. in trust-able i mean worked for you, not your fault if i get scammed ^^
Did you use a particular site for this? I heard stories about people buying prepaid cards only for them not to be accepted. I'm Oceanic (Australia) and my account is tied to the EU version.Don't buy Ultimate Game Cards, you can't claim in because Square Enix doesn't give the option to Oceanic players. Damn it SE; take my money already!

Just to note, it's a bit unintuitive. It times you waiting, but you really just have to click a link to collect from autokey as soon as you've purchased it.
And just so I'm not confusing people into wasting their money, this only works if your account is EU version
I ended up going to game.co.uk for a 60 day EU timecard - paid by Paypal, got an email with the activation code, entered it in Mog Station, and that was me sorted. Found out about it from an Australian who posted on Reddit, so it should work for you too.
