    It boggles my mind that a company would blandly ignore customers that are trying to give them money, they must be stupid I mean has no one told them from the english side to the japanese side what is going on?

    This might be a example of a language barrier or or just plain stubbornness, but still in the end are the GMs, and moderators suppose to you know communicate the issues to SE in japan assuming they even care which I would think they would if they want to continue having a job?

    I mean why would you ignore the very people giving you money to continue to even allow you to work I mean if you as a customer service rep don't help us in a meaningful way guess what happens SE gets less and less money, people quit and your fired due to the lack of needing extra personnel.

    I mean this really blows my mind are people this stupid?

    I do wonder if that really is the case because I doubt some of the 1.0 players in japan are not also having similar issues.

    I don't really know the reason of the delay for sure but this may be the only reason I am quitting the game (being forced to o_O).

    I think the reason they are very slow to react is because of the Tokyo Game Show 2013. However, this is a really annoying thought that they don't anything because the producer/director is busy with an event while major errors like this happen to the game meanwhile.

    1.0 C.E acc here, was having same problem as everyone, 3 CC's, 2 debits, paypal, UGC nothing worked , what i did to fix my problem was to wait 40 hrs to pass from last time i tried adding cards or movements to my acc, but i did arround 15'ish tries so it didn't lock for 10+ days. unregister my CC information from the old site and leave it unregistered, then i added crista from the UGC card i had.

    the only diference i noticed was that i no longer had my character binded to my Legacy account profile on Mogstation before i made the crista payment, 40hrs before i did, and you could see my profile binded on my acc, IDK if the unregistering did the fix or i think it got "Ninja" fixed ... hope this helps.

    So you unregistered everything from the old site and and waited before trying buying crysta from Mogstation?

    yes, after i unregistered, checked on my account status on the old site and my CC was unregistered. then i went to mogstation and added the crista from my UGC card. i stoped trying to use my credit cards or paypal, just used UGC card after the lock time passed.

    This is what I have been going through this week.

    I've made sure all of my information entered is correct..... this is getting VERY FRUSTRATED

    1. Mogstation -> Error 401 and Error 601 for multiple times.]
    2. Email support -> no answer
    3. Live Chat support -> waited about 90 mins, Agent Austin P did not help me at all and he closed the chat on me.
    4. Call my bank -> saw four pending transactions of $1 by Square Enix, Credit card service advised there are NO hold, NO declining payments, NO rejections, my card has all the green lights to make purchases.
    5. Call Square Enix -> waited 65 mins, was told to not register for a full 24hours otherwise my account will be blocked for up to 30 days, suggested me to try other payment method
    6. Try Ultimate Pay -> Declined.
    7. Call Ultimate Pay -> saying I might have entered the wrong information and transfer me to the support -> they hang up on me.
    8. Email support -> said I probably entered the wrong information and that's why transaction was rejected, told me to wait full 24 hours before trying again
    9. waited 24 hours -> register for service again --> declined.
    10. Call my bank -> nothing's wrong
    11. Call Square Enix -> told the guy to check what's going on, he said I tried too many times, my account is blocked for 5 DAYS!! told to try Ultimate Game cards if I don't want to wait and then try using the same payment method (my visa) again, I asked him to charge me over the phone, he said he can't do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    12. Try buying Ultimate game card to get crysta from Walmart.com -> they only sells maximum of 2 $20 and maximum of 2 $10 cards.... and I NEED $80.00!!! (for 180 days)
    13. Try to make two purchases of 2 $20 Ultimate Game cards -> WALMART DECLINED MY TRANSACTION!!!!!!!!
    14. call Walmart support -> was told I entered the wrong information! told me to try again! Operator said I entered "RD" instead of "ROAD" and that could be the reason, but "RD" is on my credit card statement!!

    last chance is to go in person to buy the Ultimate game cards myself... but Im thinking, why am I so desperate to go thru all this trying to play the game when SE is not finding us a solution?

    I just wanted to post here as well after being lock out a few days ago and after making a post on the forum looking for help.
    A few days ago I was lock out I sent a customer support request I got a e mail yesterday saying to try again with a diffrant c card so today I tried my Credit card my wife credit card from the same bank after 2 error 401 I tried a new credit card got error 401 again then I try it again then I got error 601 and now it's locked again for 48 hours .

    I talked to my bank they seen $1 preauthorization a few times even the new Credit card shows a preauthorization for a $1 I asked are they stoping them from taking the money they said no it is fine on there end it's just not being taking out they said so a few days ago some one on the forums told me to get a Ultimate game card try to add it it will show a error then call the game card ppl up and have them add it to my account so am on my way to wal mart and going to pick one up and try that I just hope SE get it's fix before next month I will let every one know if it works or not becuse waiting another 48 hours I will be disappointed because my wife can play but I can't

    As people have posted here and on different threads, there are other alternatives of getting money on to their accounts. That's not what's causing the fuss. It's the fact that they're offering a flawed service that locks you out if you try to pay more than once or twice for 24hrs, and if you continue to retry it might lock you out for 30 days, and there's nothing Square is willing to do about it.
    People are NOT supposed to have to go through 2-5 different methods to try get their money to a company that doesn't even have a proper billing system.
    We all know that it's not our cards, nor our banks making the ruckus. It's the really, really poorly added payment system they've added that is at fault.
    Different payment options are there because people want to pay differently, not try them all if the way they want to pay fails.
