    Well after trying my cards last night, then trying to do the ultiamte card thing from walmart and them no delivering it, I tried the ultimate pay to buy crysta with pay pal. That finally worked. So i'm back in game just in time to have plans this weekend and not play till at least sunday. Gah! I sure hope they get the credit card thing sorted for next month, that'd still be my prefered way to pay.

    I hope that SE can find a way to help all the people still stranded. I really want this game to be one of the next big MMOs that's around for a while.

    Well, this is getting more and more frustrating. After failing yesterday and waiting 24 hours, I tried this again. I made it further into the process - all the way to where it appeared to accept my 180 days auto setup (this is where I got the 601 error yesterday), but when I go to click the final button in the process which is the verify information page, now I get a 401 error, which supposedly indicates my credit card rejecting the transaction. I called my CC provider, and they attest there is no restriction on my card, and, in fact, they see the $1 test charge, yet GlobalConnect's system isn't recognizing this properly.

    I find it absolutely incredulous that SE has not officially acknowledged this as an issue, and taken immediate steps with GlobalConnect to fix this problem. Um... Yoshi, people are trying to give you $$, but your financial subcontractor isn't hacking it. Furthermore, customer satisfaction is waning even further south than in FFXI due to lack of acknowledgement and communication, and the fact that your customer service is essentially non-existent.

    That's how far I got yesterday and since Ultimate pay took my money for crysta then the odd man out is GlobalConnect. They are going to cost SE money and long term subs.

    I honestly think they will not fix this. They have not showed they care at all and i refuse to start over, makes absolutely no sense at all to star over cause their payment system is archaic.

    Beta don't like crossbar but lvl cap makes it manageable
    Open beta REALLY don't like cross bar >.<
    EA still cross bar >.< no option for legacy hotbar grrrrr , oooh whats this 1017
    Launch 2-3 weeks of 1017 with 1-2 hr log in times
    And now this fuckin 601 bollox .
    SE can suck my nutz im outta here.

    As you guys can see here, it looks like that we are like 0.5% of the customers who are having those issues

    so SE will not care and will not do anything at all!

    I am still checking the forum everyday to see whats going on, but for now i am done with the game till SE contact me to apologize and fix my problem and if they don't do that so they lost me and i will always gonna talk bad about this Company

    Trust me EA is so much better and SE
    at least EA know their problem and the are working on it but SE?

    Where the hell is their Customer support? NOWHERE to be found and if you do, they cannot do anything at all! not even reset your ban so you can try again with them on the phone using any of your cards..
