    Decided to give up on the Credit Card since neither of the 3 Credit Cards will work or my Debit card. So went to Crysta, my only other choice, Credit Card got declined there too, so then tried the Paypal option.....



    Looking at Paypal, and after calling and talking to a wonder lady Ann who read my transaction line by line on their end, the Payment went through fine, no blocks, no errors, no holds, but Paypal said 3 seconds later Playspan sent the request to void the transaction.......so then why did you reject it after you already took it out.......WTF

    waited a full 24 hours. card was processed again, clicked proceed and THE SAME ERROR IS HAPPENING. I'm just about to give up entirely.

    So far I have failed adding game time using CC, paypal, attempting to buy crysta. I waited the 24 hours and tried the card again, same error. I bought an ultimate game card and tried to buy crysta, failed, so my last option is to contact UltimatePay's customer service like suggested by other people with this problem. If that fails, then I am done with this game.

    I'm lost for words right now how sloppy this service is. I buy a gamecard and the gamecard is clearly showing it has 0 due after I enter the pin, but a prepaid card is DECLINED?!?

    According to the old thread. Someone had some information on it from support chat. (That thread was locked and now I can't find it)

    After attempting so many times, the accounts get put on a suspension starting from 24-48 hours. Each attempt adds more time (another 24 hour) to the suspension. If too many attempts are made with a card, the card is put on a 30-day suspension.

    Now we need a SE representative to take the initiative and explain the billing system they have in place so thousands of people are not locked out of making transactions.

    So i had no problems doing online payments with my card in the past and now SE implies this 401/601 problem is my banks/card fault and nothing they can do about it... nope nope nope nope nope nope.

    Im not gonna even buy anykind of gamecard untill i get somekind of guarantee it actually WORKS because currently i have 0 faith for SE mog bull*hit system. Also would be nice to actually get answer from support to my tickets instead of being informed via forums from other ppl having same issues.
