There are a lot of cool things but I think marilith tiamat lich and kraken would be way cooler than the other 4. The 4 fiends from ff4 were slaves to golbez. The 4 fiends of ff1 and ff9 answer to no one. But also a fanboy notion... Pazuzu, flamasaures rex, duel head hydra, and ice golem from mystic quest, but a lot of people don't like mystic quest.
