Grow your very own Chocobo!

I have an idea for a quest everyone would love and it would also stay true to lore. Wouldn't it be fun to grow your very own chocobo to adulthood?

I'll start by asking SE please give us a chocobo egg. Maybe we should purchase that egg from a vendor, or get it from a quest. With this egg you have to incubate it or whatnot till it hatches. After the egg hatches you have to feed the baby chocobo. while you do this you could have it as a minion. As the character plays over a certain amount of time the chocobo grows. Eventually reaching adulthood.

Everyone loves a mini game that's functional. but...

We could take this a step further. Anyone who played FFVII should know about breeding chocobos. So, why not breed them too to create better chocobos? Such as black, gold, and other shades. That way you could have benefits of getting better chocobo's like speed increases on top of the chocobo run speed or higher attack power to name a couple.
