Usually the concurrent players *4= rough amount of total players, since not all players play at the same time. So the 4 is the usual multiplier for that.

Thanks for the clarification, do you by any chance have any materials that would show that a multiplier of 4 as the industry standard for figuring out subscriber numbers? I'm honestly curious to see how this number has come to be the standard. Thanks!
That I do not know. Maybe it was extrapolated from past mmos when they published their numbers? Either way its just a rough estimate. Who the hell knows how many people are playing. Until they officially publish some numbers, any guess will just be that.
