Anyway to unlock higher level leves without a DoW or DoM jobs?

So long story short, I've gotten into crafting and gathering in the game and have actually outleveled my "main" jobs. Unfortunately that means that I can't do Field or crafting leve quests in higher level zones because they require a Disciple of War/Magic job at that zone's level just to unlock them. Is there any way around this, or has SE just said screw crafting mains in the game?

I'm currently sitting on 100 built up leves...

Crafting leves you should be able to do in the main city that houses the guild of your craft. Gathering leves however you are pretty much screwed until you level a battle class.

I was in Quarrymill as a level 25 wvr, 21 gsm, hoping to check out the leves there. My highest battle class was below 25, so I couldn't do the quest to unlock leves there. Some of the leves are level 20. This seems completely backwards to me.

I prefer to have my DoH at a HIGHER level than my battle class, so I can make myself gear to use... and really I want it to be HQ gear, so DoH definitely higher. I actually understand there are benefits to forcing players to level up a battle class if they want higher level DoH/DoL, but it seems tilted too far.

I don't really care about DoL leves at this time, becuase I think they are the worst use of leves at this time.

You have to have a disciple of war or magic first to unlock the new leves. The game reason is they want to make sure you're strong enough to handle the monsters in the area before they'll let you take the actual quests. Gameplay wise yeah makes no sense seeing as you'll be on your DoL or DoH class while doing the leves so you'll be helpless anyway. Lore wise I guess it makes sense as far as DoL and DoW/M goes. But for crafting... "You can't stitch my blanket for me in case I tiger comes and mauls you!!!"

It's just a design decision that people will have to deal with. Yoshi-P took the focus off of crafting and gathering with his reboot of the game and want people to level a battle class alongside their crafters and gatherers.

If theyre going to make crafting classes independent classes, then they should be independent. If it's a design decision, it's a bad one, and it should be fixed. You want to lock out battle class leves? Fine, sure, that's great. But the crafting leves have literally NOTHING to do with the battle classes, and shouldn't be locked out. A better solution would just be to take all those town crafting leves and move them to the major city hub.

I like that the crafting leves are NOT just in major cities. I tihnk it lso makes sesne to have emphasis on the main class. However, I think there is too much focus on the main class. I intend to always kep my DoH above my battle class. It's seems like the game is designed that you need your DoL and DoH to be ahead of your battle class if you want to use the gear you make as soon as you meet the level requirement.
