1. Attune to the Aetheryte at Zahar'ak
2. It shows the Quest Reward, and the Duty Finder Unlock
3. Check the Duty Finder no Ifrit HM, and Seal count not progressed
4. Quest is still in log for completion
5. Log out and log back in quest still there try it again no luck
6. Exit completely out of game and same thing
