    The complaint is that currently any skill listed as 'off the gcd' will NOT fire when used off the GCD until your current attack animation ends.

    This often results in having to hit a supposedly instant, off the GCD ability, 5+ times before it actually fires. From what I understand this was intentional but it seems like an arbitrary and unnecessary restriction.

    I don't mind animation locks. I don't mind GCDs. But when you combine the two, it makes for a very awkward playstyle that really draws away from the experience.

    Yea either make the whole thing animation based or GCD based. attempting both is retarded.

    Completely agree. Off GCD skills plus animation lock has resulted in a very disjointed game play experience. It just does not feel fun or rewarding.
