It's not a fix. It's a stopgap. It is SquareEnix' responsibility to fix their system, to serve their customers, to meet a perfectly rational expectation. That is, I want to pay with my credit card! Or PayPal, or whatever, I suppose. I don't want to pay extra--even a little! I don't want to pay for an expensive long distance call. I don't want to wait through hold lines just to get what they promised.

The fact is, I want to play the game. I really do. I will jump through some hoops. But Customer Service acting like there's no problem with no word of recognition (if there is, point me to it please), is a slap in the face. I play FINAL FANTASY games for fun; I can take a few slaps in the face. But that kind of attitude is simply wrong. You can't treat people like that. It will come back around. It's going to come down on you, SquareEnix.

If you actually don't want the overload of customers. Fine. I understand. But come out and say it plainly. Say, we are no longer offering service to certain people, in certain locations, with certain issues. And then, provide refunds where refunds are due. That's the path. If not, fix the problem!
