    So I'm hearing of people now getting their accounts back, but without their stuff restored because, as previously mentioned, there is reportedly no capacity for a character rollback on SE's end (this seems beyond absurd; I really can't even imagine this). It is apparently requiring a second ticket to get stuff back? Can anyone confirm/deny?

    If you get your account reinstated, but without your stuff, submit a second ticket to get it back, and then resume playing in the interim, what happens....?

    SE's administration of this game is really beyond the pale. Almost incomprehensibly stupid.

    I havent been given my account back yet, but that is what they told me when I originally spoke to them.

    In the live letter to the producer forum for asking questions I put up a post asking the same thing. It's post 220 around page 22. Please hit "like" on it. Or maybe someone who's better at writing can write a better post that we can "like". It almost definitely won't help, but it certainly can't hurt. Definitely getting desperate at this point as I watch everyone soaring past me progression wise as I wait for a rollback to get my lost gil and items returned.

    Status: What's your current status? (Suspended, banned, waiting for rollback, etc)
    Was suspended, then terminated. GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK.

    Attempted to Resolve By: List how you attempted to resolve the problem.
    Sent email ticket on Sept 22, called them Sept 23 at 2 pm PST. They terminated my account and sent an email a few hours later, causing me to lose hope. I called a rep and he said that the reason I was banned was because my account was flagged for investigation. Called again 2 weeks later asking to re-escalate my investigation. Was un-banned and had my account restored the following day, which is today, at 10 pm PST.

    Did it Work: Yes, No, Maybe, Hopeful, Bashing head against keyboard.
    Yes, after 2 weeks + 2 days of waiting...

    Tried Phone Support: Have you tried calling them? Yes
    Number Used: What number did you use? Both (310)846-0345 and (858)790-7529
    Did it Work: Yes, No, Maybe, Hopeful, Crying into keyboard.
    Yes - got my investigation started, answered questions.
    Final Resolution: What was the final outcome / result from SE? (Permanently banned, suspension lifted, account items recovered, account items not recovered, etc.)

    Suspension lifted, not sure about account items but we'll find out soon Don't lose hope guys!

    Status: Account suspended
    Attempted to Resolve By: Contacted support via chat. Changed password and send scan of ID.
    Did it Work: Yes

    Final Resolution: Suspension lifted. Logged in to find main character had moved but no items or Gil seem to be missing. I have since added a Security Token to my account.

    Leaves me wondering if I was actually hacked or the hacker just wanted to spam RMT links or even that my account was accidently suspended due to mistaken identity.

    Final Resolution: Live chat donkey told me to basically hold my hands together in prayer and hope I get it resolved.

    I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt and give it a few more days seeing as there are hundreds of folks who have been hacked and some have only been resolved today despite being reported 2 weeks ago.

    Still a fucking joke though.
