Lots of Data Center Improvements; Nothing Else

We've seen the diligence you have put into your data centers to bring up your systems so that you can handle the volume of players better. So what improvements do you plan for (and when):

Gil Spammers: Get rid of a good portion of these and you will continue to allow others to log in. How to make it easier to report them?

Macroing/Guide: To date, I have not seen anything that teaches me how to use the macro section. A complete listing of commands from the company would be much appreciate at bare minimum.

Pet Management: Pets have a plethora of issues at the moment including (but not limited to) mounted controlling, despawning at distance, ease of special ability management.

These are a few examples of major issues with the gameplay itself from a single player searching the forums and actually playing the game.

When can we expect SE's first improvement to the game itself after the debacle that is known as 1017?

Fixing the limited number of a single type of instance should be a priority IMO. It's not affecting me yet, but it's a restriction that is hurting the current endgame.

Get the transfers started. You had transfers working during Beta 3 why is it taking forever to get them started now?
