That's not likely to happen anytime soon. It's a rare desynth of the untradeable fish needed for the i75 rod. It needs heatwave weather and is mooched with 2 other fish that always share the mooch. Seen that thread about the waterproof cotton? It's worth about 20 mil gil if you convert the time needed into doing more productive things.
