A lot of people use Reshade to add/change things like Depth of Field, Sharpness, Ambient Occlusion, Color Temperature, ect.
I know Nvidia is testing out their own Screenshot mode which works similiarly.
The in-game GPose is like a baby-version of these.

Yes. However, there are alot of Mac friendly programs you can use to improve your screenshots. GIMP, Photoshop, and iPhoto immediately come to mind.
