    Where exactly are they supposed to be obtained?

    Accordingly to those pictures , they should be ingame



    So, who sell them, how we obtain them?


    Also, how we obtain the 4th armor, the BLM one? Mixed points?

    As far as I know they haven't been fully implemented. They're like player housing which hasn't been patched yet.
