    Why no Tanks

In CM, one healer is yelling "go go go", the other healer is yelling "stop stop stop" and all the DPS stand in red then yell at you when they die... this is why there is a huge lack of tanks.

    end rant

I've actually found that healers are far more rare than tanks. Tanks seem to be around every corner when I use both DF and regular groups.

It takes a special kind of person to enjoy playing a tank and/or healer. Our queue times are shorter but sometimes the pain that comes with dealing with certain players just isn't worth it. Tanks have had healers who spend more time DPSing (if you can call it that) than watching Health Bars / Status Afflictions...and Healers have dealt with Tanks who stand in Fire or don't use defensive cooldowns and rage when they die. And then there's the crash helmet requiring DPS that decent tanks and healers both have to deal with....The ones who face pull packs of mobs, don't follow a kill order, or are just oblivious to everything going on around them except their damage numbers. I've always looked at it like this...If you don't know what you're doing don't roll a tank or a healer...You're responsible for people being stupid...even if it isn't your fault...It's your fault. <(^_^)>
