Suggestions Regarding Dungeons and Leveling Variety

As many players have already noticed, the consensus on leveling is that nothing currently compares to FATES, and this constant FATE grind can cause some issues with players when they don't get much variety in their leveling such as being undergeared, underexperienced, and in some cases worse mannered due to the competitive nature of FATES. These are my suggestions regarding changes that could be made to the leveling process in order to diversify our options in a fair, reasonable way.

-Make the first time experience bonus from doing guildhests apply to every job, not just the first one you run it on
-Reward players with their choice of gold or company seals at the end of a dungeon to give them incentive to run them instead of FATES
-Provide double experience for the first dungeon, guildhest, and primal encounter each day
-Have grand companies sell an item you can purchase each week that resets your current tier of hunting log for your DoW/DoM classes
-Alternatively, have each grand company issue a special hunting log each week that all War/Magic disciples have shared. That way, impromptu groups would be formed to finish it together.
