I think if you're going for the cute female look you might as well go with female-female as opposed to the female-male. The male Miqo'te is just too 'pretty boy' for my tastes. It's be interesting to see what gender and what age folk rolls them.

(A while back, my friend (black mage, left end) and I (Sentinel set, second from right) queued into Copperbell HM and picked up two people on random. When they both turned out to be Miqo'te as well, I wanted to get a screen shot... and here it is!)

I once queued in roulette and ended up in a group with three other Miqo'te. I was the tallest. I felt like giant and a bit awkward (I'm quite short in real life, everyone towers over me).
