I updated my glamour now the PVP top is affordable and I'm able to equip it . Will miss my twin adders gear, but it's nice to have a change. I'd really like that new crafted top and arms though...

You should be able to change retainers hairstyles with retainer fantasias which I think come from quick exploration ventures which you should be able to buy on the market boards.
