FemMiqo (and I assume everyone else) has three /doze poses, you can use /cpose to change between laying on your side, back or front.

Using any of the expression emotes will override the default eyes shut fast asleep expression.

Still trying to learn my way around /gpose for things like lighting, angles, and just a familiarity with emotes, but Li is ready for Saint's Wake.
