Did someone know, where i can obtain the hair-style from the NPC M`naago?

Probably not available till next years Make It Rain event, and even then it'll likely be mogstation rather than the event itself.

Something similar but available now could be the Minfilia hair? Comes with the Minfilia costume on the shop IIRC.
